Nyx's Charango (Fingered Charango Library for Kontakt 6)

Nyx's Charango is a Fingered Charango library for Kontakt 6, produced by myself, after not finding a satisfactory sound in the available alternatives in the market for creating a typical Andean sound.

To create this library, a Bolivian “Pedro Quispe” Charango was recorded through a Neumann TLM103 and a MOTU M2 interface.

• Full control of each string with the provided MIDI Guitar patch

• A simplified chromatic patch is also provided for quick mock-ups

• Adjustable attack timing, humanization and pluck sound controls

• 4 Round Robins per sample

• Every string sampled open and at the 5th fret, highest string also sampled at the 9th fret

• 34 Round Robins pluck samples for even more differentiation
